WebMD Has Received $13.9M to Promote Obamacare Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released a “limited source justification” to extend WebMD’s contract through September 2015. The government has obligated a total of $13,932,914 for the “Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Health Care Priorities Educational Initiative” thus far. The contract is responsible for the “Understanding the Affordable Care Act and Women’s Health” on WebMD, which is identified on the website as an “educational collaboration” with HHS.
