ANSWERS TO TOUGH QUESTIONS

Dr. Ron Rhodes
January 20, 2014
Apologist Dr. Ron Rhodes answers tough questions on our current radio program. Jan, Ron, and co-hosts, discuss the Eternal state, the Bema Seat (Judgment Seat of Christ), degrees of punishment in Hell, the difference between the Rapture and the Second Coming, and much more. Can you get saved after taking the “Mark of the Beast” as some suggest?

The team also discuss angels including fallen angels, encounters with angels, and what fallen angels can or can’t do to Christians.

Ron looks at the apologetics of suicide. Many in the Bible were terribly depressed. Is this an unforgivable sin? Where might your loved one be if they took their own life? Suicide has been prominent among Christians in the last year.

Ron considers what happens at the moment of death as stated in the Bible. This should take the sting out for all of us who face  this ordeal eventually, should the Rapture not happen first. Did you know there is awareness in Heaven even without our physical bodies?  Physical bodies await the Rapture to become whole.

Because early Christians “had all things in common,” is this an excuse for the Socialism rage today even within evangelicalism? Is this why prominent evangelicals are now walking  hand-in-hand with Jim Wallis and other Socialists? Poverty and global warming issues seem to unite them.

Jan Markell, Eric Barger, Jill Martin Rische, (daughter of Dr. Walter Martin) and Dr. Ron Rhodes look at these issues and much more on the current “Understanding the Times” radio program.
